I need to close my account. I am not getting any response by email. i went to contact us at the bottom and have not gotten any replies.

Call them at If you prefer to speak with us by phone, please contact Member Services at 1-800-922-4868 Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (CST).
