Hey Everybody,
I have an opportunity to lease a large peace of property in Wayne County Missouri. Just across the Bollinger County line. Nearly 2000 Acres. It is owned by a family and they wnat it managed for wildlife. They are not local and do not personall use it. All wooded and timber managed. Road going north-south through property and gated and locked. 14 wildlife ponds on it. Will have a 5 to 7 acre stocked pong put on it. Has 6 miles of 4-wheeler trails and has places for camping and food plots. Looking for 10 to 20 people to form a club and manage this peace of ground for trophy deer. Lots of deer and turkey. Year round use. Over the counter tags. I live approximately 30 minutes from the location and will keep an eye on it. I am a retired Navy Vet. and currently work for the State of Missouri as a Parole and Probation Officer. Need to on this pretty quick or will be gone. Tom couldn't you find a lease closer to me in Illinos, how dare you lol..wow what a nice setup wish i was closer to you. Curious how much is the up fee? |

He has 1 post and gave his work and home phone numbers so I wouldn't be expecting an email anytime soon Tom. Sounds like a good deal if the annual dues work out to not have to take out a loan to pay. I too would be interested if the dues are reasonable. |

Since he has only this 1 post and he gave both his work and home phone numbers I don't believe he will be back on here anytime soon. It would appear in order to get any info he will need to be called at one of the numbers he listed. |

You are most likely right again DAWG....he listed phone numbers to see if he could drum up interest, I advised for him to email me so I could tell if he was really interested.....think this one is over. |

My curiosity finally got the best of me so I ran his name on white Pages; Thomas R Liebeknecht
690 County Road 356 Millersville, MO 63766-6255
Age: 50-54
The phone number did not give a listing but is in or near Cape Girardeau. MO
Has anyone found out the cost they are estimating or if it is even still available?
