After many many months without a magazine, I found my way onto the website and saw that the club has been "unable" to deliver my magazines, ostensibly my address is a problem.  But my address is listed correctly and I get my mail regularly, including a bunch of other magazines.  I made inquiry to the club and have not been contacted.  Here the website seems OK, but what goes on?  I am a life member and should be getting my magazine.  Anybody know anything about this?

Welcome to the club. Just keep your head, be patient, and stay on top of contacting Customer service. (Phone is faster and more in-depth than email). You are going about it the right way. We all have had our tiffs with the club, but most of us worked them out this way. Once you smooth out the initial rough road, you will see that it is all a good thing. Also remember to take the negativity of alot of unknowing/willing members with a grain of salt. Again welcome.

I'm 58 and not looking to learn anything. I'm just wondering why they stopped sending my magazine?

Hey azzir, I'm 61 and still like learning new ideas and techniques from season hunters, cooking, guns etc. and I have a open mind to learn. If that is your excuse maybe you don't need the mags anyway.

I'm not making any excuses for anything. Just wondering why the magazines I paid for stopped arriving at my house, and not getting any response from the club thru email contacts. What did you read that makes you state "If that is your excuse"? I didn't ask for an excuse for anything. Read the posts before you make senseless comments. I didn't say I don't like learning. I just said I want to know why my magazines (again-WHICH I PAID FOR!) stopped arriving a long time ago. I guess you could say I want to LEARN why the club states my magazines are undeliverable at the address which is correct and at which I have and do receive all of my mail and other magazines.

azzir, call customer service, and then press 9 on the phone( that won't be one of the options given when you call). That will connect you to a real live customer service representative, who should be able to solve your problem for you. It could be something as simple as a wrong digit in your zip code that is messing with your magazine delivery.

To answer the original query; no, but it will be soon if management doesn't get a grip.

Holly, If you have any questions about muzzle loading send me a pm or email and I will try to help you, I have been doing it for about 7 years now and have tried many different things.
Stephen what are you talking about, this club will long outlive any of us I would almost bet on it.
azzir welcome aboard, and yes as was stated if you had recieved some of them and then they stopped if I understand you correctly, than it is probably a very simple solution. Definetly get ahold of CS and they will get it taken care of for you, If you already got it squared away please let us know.

I got a reply from cs. They said everything is just fine. Been more then a month and still no magazine. The thing that puzzles me is they said they couldn't reach me, but the address they had is correct and I get my mail and many other magazines there. I am a life member and have been for many many years. Always got my magazines until one day they stopped coming. I don't even care any more.

azzir, you also might like to file a complaint at your local Post Office. There are more than a few instances of mail carriers stealing people's mail and also putting mail in the wrong boxes. My box is next to my parent's and my brother's, and often my mail will end up in their box, and it's not unusual for me to receive items for individuals whom I have never heard of. This happens with our mail carrier who has been on this route for several years, and should know who and where the correct boxes are located!!!!!!!

So what if the sorter DID screw up? Is he trying to tell you that the carriers can't read a simple address? WOW that must be some civil service test you have to pass to get that job!!

LOL yah I thought so to untill I watched my mail man, the machanical sorters read the barcodes on the letters they get from point of origen. this as I undertand it tell the computers were it is going and the address. The letters for each addresss on each carriers route is stacked by the machanical sorted and bound, bulk mail is scander and hand placed by route. The only thing carriers really do other than stick your mail in your box is stick in those junk mail fliers and ads that most people hate getting.
Heck dont get me wrong I hate when I get someone elses mail and it makes me wounder who is getting mine, I finnally got my mail carrier to check the mail before he puts it in my box now it is far and few in between that I get someone elses mail.
I'm a electrical contractor and have done some work in a couple post office and got a chance to see these things operate, kinda impressive;if they didn'y screw up so much.
