Read all of the complaints already posted in the different forums, use the contact the club button at the bottom of the page in order to send them a PM, and get in line. You might get the matter resolved sometime within the next year, if you're luc ky!!!!! Unfortuately, posting problems such as this on the forums won't get you any help from the company, since the only time a company rep bothers to read any of the threads, is when some LCERB, board cop makes a complaint about someones post. See, you didn't actually join a "club", you donated to a company!!!!!!!!!!!

And so, yet another, dissatisfied new member wastes their first post on a complaint that will never be cured on this BB. Welcome to the club, and take RT4's advice. Or if you got any kind of inviting literature at all from the club, look for a phone number and start dialing.

I don't complain, intentionally, I try to make a point to all of those who do complain, that since the majority of them are relative newcomers, they should get a grip and reallize that there are some of us who have been around a hell of a lot longer and never received any freebies. Like I've said, I figure I've gotten my money's worth from the mags. At this point, it's actually become sort of a badge of pride when I consider how long I've been a member, and never gotten anything!!!!!!!

    Hey rthomas4,

I apologize as I should have addressed your question or concerns as well. I have sent you a PM in regards to your product testing status (I think that is what you are referring to?). Again, sorry about that.

    Thanks for being a member,

Web Master Shawn, thanks for the PM, really, after 34 years of membership, you are telling me that I will definitely get a test item sometime in the next three months or so? That's utterly unbelievable! Now, if I can just live long enough to see it!!!!!

I joined back in Jan. this year. I had been dropped do to a mess up on their CP. I called and was reinstated. I joined not for all the so called test stuff and I don't like stuff pushed on me. If I see something I like and it's got good reviews I would buy it just don't push it on me. I enjoy the Camaraderie of the hunting world and there is a lot of people on here that don't talk BULL and or down to earth hunters. I'm sure you will get your gift, call them again! Jesse

chill6 nothing in life is free but I actually did receive everything the club offered me when I joined sorry to hear so many members having problems.the only thing I ever got to test was some cheap rust inhibitor strips,I evaluated them and decided they were no better than a cut up cardboard box so I don't expect I'll ever get to test anything else.In retrospect I probably should have lied and said they were the best product I ever saw

Are the grounds landscaped? If so, plant 'em in the landscaped areas!!! After all, haven't you heard about all of those deer that live in city areas, that feed on peoples flowers? This might provide you an opportunity, if you use archery tackle to deer hunt!! Think about it, take the window screen out of one of your upstairs windows, and shoot one in the flower beds, while they are rubbing or eating on your trees!!!!!!

I joined in 81 and have been a Lifer since 88 and have been sent lots of free stuff.  I notice with more members in the club, the wait for a test product has become much longer and some of the stuff isn't worth much, but I still get some nice stuff every now and then.  Just be sure your test request is in and you filled it out right and hang in there.  It will come eventually.

I go through and read these types of threads every once in awhile for entertainment, but don't usually get too involved or the ends of my fingers would lose feeling. I've gotten a couple small things over 20ish years and anything is better than nothing. I was curious today what the yearly cost of membership is to get these nubies so upset these days since I've been a LM for 17 yrs. It is $1 a month, and the first magazine is free, as is the "free stuff" if you cancel. So $12 a year, $12. It says that $10 is for the magazine. Isn't $12 about the going rate or less for a yearly magazine subcription alone? The chance to get anything is just a bonus, and I'm certain we all waste $1 a month on something else. If the club didn't have to have so much storage on the website for "free stuff" posts they could probably afford to get us all more "free stuff".
