well just opened mail box and got the new calendar for 2011.i really did not want it this year or last for that matter but here it is.now last year i just paid the 21.98 and sad nothing this year i was not about to pay for something i never ordered or wanted for that matter, so i try to get a person by calling the toll free number only to find that there is no number that will get you a human so i just kept pushing numbers till i got someone.i was told that these went out to all of us no matter if we wanted it or not, and then i see where you want me to pay the postage to return it.what happened to the club that was started by hunters for hunters, not a money only club....hey bill you still around???? |

I wish the NAHC would send a postcard asking if we would like to purchase them, rather than just sending them out. I always buy it, because I like it, and if an advance request were mailed, I would go ahead and order one. It seems to me that by providing a choice, there might be a better success rate of folks who would purchase it. As for keeping it and not paying for it, there was a little known article in your membership agreement, whereby you agreed to either return items or you would be responsible for payment. |

They have taken me off their mailing list for this stuff because I always have to send the bill back saying I never received this item in the mail. Since I never signed for anything, it was never received, therefore they can not bill me for it.
It only took about two bills for stuff I never received for them to stop sending the bills to me. I've never gotten anything in the mail from them, honest!

One step better; I got the bill put on my account without even knowing the calenders were being sent. And I haven't even got the calender yet. When I called thet gave me the same rar and I requested a return label immediately. Invoice was created in July, and when I mentioned that to them they said they didn't know anything about it being created then. THEY PUT IT THERE AND IT'S THEIR CLUB. Last time I got something, I just opened it, put the return label (that was included) on it, closed it back up and put it right back in the mailbox. |

Shhotin'J, yes, my account also showed the bill for about a month, before I actually got the calendar. After I sent the payment, it only took about a week to get an e-mail thanking me for the payment. Also, remember, there will be another totally different calendar that will be strictly deer sent out later on. |

rt, I ain't keeping the calender, so I ain't paying for it. I just don't like how they bill you an invoice up to 2 months BEFORE they send you something you never requested. It's like getting your utility bill for Macrh 2011 in Nov 2010, or paying for your groceries before you even fill the cart. And like I said before, none of this stuff came into play the last time they sent me something. Maybe they do it this way now cause people are ACTUALLY getting things and SAYING they didn't in the hopes of not having to pay. Don't care much for being an honest man and getting punished for the dishonest. |

Shootin'J, like I've said before, I wish they would send something like a reservation card where we could indicate if we are interested or not, rather than billing and shipping, with the expectation that everyone will keep and pay for an item. This would seem to be much more cost effective, and create less animosity and ill will within the organization. As for the folks who are less than honest, I have always believed that "what comes around, goes around"! But, you are definitely correct. Those of us who are honest in this world, always seem to be the ones who end up with the short end of the stick!!!!! |

WOW!! That makes WAY too much sense! You'll probably be banned for making such! LOL. To fine-tune your idea even more, why don't they just send us a PM on the lines of what you said. And we can answer if we do/don't want stuff. If we don't answer, we obviousely don't want it. And this whole process would cost what?....................ZILCH!!!! How much would it save?..............................Bundles. See ya in the members doghouse rt. (Take that webbie.) |

Like Shootin'j, I got the calender in mail and after reading the letter I found the return label. I sent it back and in about a week I got an email saying they received it back and had removed it from my account. I get enough free calenders with out having to pay for any. They waste their time and mine by sending that thing. I may just send them a bill for wasting my time.
Good Hunting. . .
