what gives with the product testing? I have only got to test two product since i have join. i am a life member and have put in for testing products, that is one of the main reason i joined. i have ask this question be for and still waiting, is this a scam to get people to join?what do you have to do or pay to get to test the products that it seems a seclet few do? i know this will really ruin my chances of being a product tester but i feel really dispointed and scam! i think you should do what you say or refund people money. |

This has been brought up numerous times. The Club has grown so big that there just aren't enough products available to get around to everyone on the list in a decent amount of time, especially stuff that is worth more than a few dollars. I'm registered for just about anything that becomes available, but haven't had anything for a number of years and probably less than $50 worth of stuff since I joined in 1991. If that is one of the main reasons you joined you are not alone, but it had nothing to do with my joining. How long have you been a member and signed up in the test program? Enjoy the magazine and the folks on this BB and forget about the freebies. If they come, then that's great, but most of us LMs learned a long time ago that with the increasing membership it won't get any better!

might as well forget about testing a product anyway I've called them e-mailed them they told me it takes 6-9 months or 14 months they don't know I'm sure they have lots of products to test to me I have to agree IT"S A SCAM!!!! the only thing that they want is money! they push you for it whatever it is Dues etc. |

The Club has many more benefits than just the free product testing. Search the site and they are there. Try Member Benefits for starters. And then take advantage of ALL they offer instead of just waiting for them to send you a freebie. You will get much more satisfaction, I am sure. |

like i said it is abig scam, and i think nahc so live to what they say! i have listern to other members coplain. and i have done every thing that nahc, has said to do and in my e-mails i get ads from them saying if i join i will get to test products. i am a life member.i do not think they are honest sportmans and i think they should make thing right with the members with all matters incluing the nahc jackets. i know they will not do that or refund our membership fee. thet do not care about the members, it is just the money thet care about. i get better magzine and alot cheaper. well i have just wasted writing this because they will not do nothing but keep on scamming. |

Great answer to a legitimate question, LOL! Who are "there (sic) boys"? What sarcasm are you putting up with? Have you asked for your money back and been refused? Everything so far has just seemed like reasonable questions and comments!!!

I will ask this again because you did not answer it, just like you haven't answered the other questions interested members have asked!!! Have you contacted the Club with your concerns and asked for your money back? They aren't going to do anything in that regards when all you do is complain on this BB and don't contact them directly! I still don't know who the "company click" boys refers to! Can you explain that a little better too, please ? My advice is to get involved on this BB and you may get to be friends with a number of people and go on some great hunts all over the country like I'm experiencing!

Look charleyo; several members, including myself, have asked some simple questions which you still haven't answered (like what magazines and have you contacted the Club for a refund?) and we have also made some suggestions on how to have a good time for the money you have invested!!! If you feel the way you do and don't do anything but what you have done on this thread, then you are on your own! Sorry, but it appears you would rather gripe than have others help you like we are trying to do |

I am so glad to hear someone say something about this. I read the BB's and I getting so tired of what I read (I am not happy I want free stuff) and what is a shame its adults that are crying, sounds like children. There is so much you can do with the club like finding out about hunts, video's,magazine, different forum's etc. Not to mention I get offers like the new knive set they have. I did not have to buy it but I wanted a knive collection and they are really nice. I would like to also say that if those people would like for the club to get better they need to get more involved and STOP the crying. |

Exactly!!! I have met people from all over the country and have gone on some nice trips with them that would have never been possible without this BB! I have two more coming up this Fall out in Wyoming and New Mexico with members I haven't even met in person yet, as well as plans with another one or two for trips in 2011 and 2012. You tell me that isn't worth the price of a membership right there and I'll tell you what lake you can go jump in, LOL!!!

I assume that question is for me? I am retired and live in Allegan, MI, which is 25 miles nw of Kalamzoo in sw lower MI and I've been a member since 1991 and a LM since 1993. My avatar is the 6x6 bull a ND member that I had never met took out in my Wyoming "honeyhole" with his bow last year. I invited him to go with me on a rut hunt in late September and he accepted, drew the tag with his 3 PPs, and the rest is history, as they say! I don't even buy elk tags any more, just help others and have fun doing it. I'm basically into deer and antelope that I can get out of the backcountry a lot easier at my age (63 in Aug) than elk. I have hunted Wyoming almost every year since 1992.

Yup your right. I hear you about trying to get deer out I am 46 and had two heart attacks so draging deer is not easy for me. I live in southern Indiana the city is New Albany so I have to hunt on public land. I did not get a deer last season but my truck did pretty well it got two LOL. This spring got close to killing a thunder chicken but could not connect. Right now I am planing on catfishing we love catfish in our house. This fall looks to be a good deer season.
