3 to 4 dove breasts per person
1 small piece jalapeño pepper per breast
1 strip bacon per breast
Remove breast bone from dove and place meat in pan or bowl. Pour Italian dressing over breast meat and marinate overnight. Drain and pat meat dry. Place 1 small piece of jalapeño pepper in center of breast, wrap with 1 strip of bacon and secure with toothpick. Grill until bacon strip is done.
