Oil turkey and season with your favorite herbs and spices, such as rosemary and thyme or basil, oregano and garlic. Oil brown bag and slide turkey into bag, folding and stapling bag opening. Check bag for holes; place on rack in large broiler pan in 325°F-oven. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes per pound if turkey is 12 pounds or under, 16 to 18 minutes per pound if turkey is 13 pounds or more. When turkey is done, poke holes in bag, letting juices run out into a saucepan. Remove turkey from bag and let rest for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, blend some flour and water in a separate dish; add to juices for gravy. Cook gravy until thick and bubbly.
