2 to 4 goose breasts or 6 to 8 duck breasts
2 T. instant coffee crystals
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
Favorite barbecue sauce

Place goose or duck breasts in slow cooker and cover with water. Add coffee crystals and Worcestershire sauce. Cook slowly on low setting for 6 hours or more. Drain and shred meat. Mix with barbecue sauce and cook in slow cooker for at least 1 hour. Serve on sandwich buns.
