2 goose breasts, sliced 3/8-inch thick
3 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 T. baking powder
2 cups milk, divided
Cornflake crumbs
Mix sugar, salt, egg and baking powder with 1 cup milk; stir until smooth. Add remaining 1 cup milk and mix well. Dip meat into mixture, then roll in crumbs. Cook in deep fryer until done and serve immediately.
Mixture can also be used for deer steak that has been put through a tenderizer.
