1 lb. wood duck breast, skinless
Salt and white pepper to taste 4 oz.
1 T. peanut oil
2 T. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. horseradish
1 pt. brown sauce (any brown gravy)
1 T. ketchup
1 T. sesame oil
2 T. peanut butter
Method: Marinate duck breast in seasonings and oil overnight. Make sauce by combining ingredients and bring to a boil. To cook, sear duck breast on direct heat on the grill and mop with sauce. Do not overcook the breast.
