8 squirrel legs, rinsed in cold water
2 T. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. whiskey (I prefer Wild Turkey 101)
Mix barbecue sauce and Wild Turkey 101 in plastic container with lid. Add squirrel legs, seal lid and shake to mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Grill on medium, turning often, for about 15 minutes, or bake for 30 minutes at 350ºF, turning halfway through cook time. For stove-top cooking, peel meat off bone, cover and cook on medium high until done.
