2 lbs. caribou stew meat
3 T. flour
2 T. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 cups boiling water
2 T.  Worcestershire
16-oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 cup sliced carrots
1 large onion, chopped
3 medium potatoes, diced
1 cup chopped celery
1 can sweet corn
1 can green beans
Fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Water
Cornstarch or flour

 

Combine flour with garlic powder, salt and pepper in a plastic bag, add meat and shake to coat. Brown meat then add boiling water and Worcestershire sauce. Cook on low heat for 2 hours or until tender. Add tomatoes, carrots, onion, potatoes, celery, corn, green beans and parsley. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add Kitchen Bouquet and thicken with a mixture of water and cornstarch or flour.
