Moose steak
Oil
Black pepper
Onion, sliced
Green pepper, sliced
Garlic powder
Soy sauce
Remove silver skin and connecting tissue from moose and slice meat into thin strips. Brown with black pepper in oil. Add onion, green pepper, garlic powder and a dash of soy sauce. Cook until done. Serve on hoagie buns with hot or mild pepper rings, steak sauce or spicy mustard.
