3 lbs. ground venison
2 large onions, diced
2 tsp. ground allspice
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 qt. water
2 tsp. vinegar
8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. ground cumin
3 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 cup chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Brown venison. Add onions, allspice, cinnamon, water, vinegar, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt and black pepper. Simmer on low for 4 hours. Good on hot dogs and Polish sausages.
