The Eclipse XT will deliver a 350-grain arrow at 330 fps with pinpoint accuracy and more than enough penetration to take down all North American game with ease. Its trigger is outstanding, and like all Excalibur crossbows, its reliability is topnotch. Its black “carbon fiber” finish is both handsome and functional, and the Eclipse XT comes with the effective S5 sound and vibration control system installed, and includes a matching cheek piece. www.ExcaliburCrossbow.com

I myself haven't had the honor to fire this particular crossbow but I would suggest a range of 50-60 maybe 70,possibly a longer shot depending on grain and vein but like I said I've never shot it

I would say that 35- up to 50 is going to be in the kill zone 350 grain at 330 fps 55 yards would be about the longest shot I would take depending on my practice time with the bow and I wouldn't risk wounding the animal and wasting the chance of taking it at a later date

I cannot say how far it is accurate but would not shoot unless my target was 40 yards or less.

Well don't feel bad Blinley. I signed up for the lifetime member deal. They happily cashed my nearly $300 check on Nov. 12. I was supposed to receive several things in 6-8 weeks and have received nothing yet. I asked about this through the website and have not received a response. I called and was told they were behind in sending stuff out.

I have an Excalibur and at 330 fps you squeeze that trigger the bolt is at your target in blink of an eye.

I would not suggest anyone sign up for a life membership, you dont get anymore benifits than a yearly membership, you still get junk from this stuff stuff, I am sorry that I wasted 300.00 bucks.....

I have an Excalibur, and it is an amazing crossbow. Without all the mechanical compound box mechanics, this bow is built to last. It's easy to use, and more importanly, easy to repair (in-the-field). Extremely accurate and fast.

wendel, Sunday February 17, 2013 Don't hold your breath I've been a life member for 8 years and all I ever got was a turkey toter valued at $19.95 but I wouldn't give over 9.95 for, and a knife that was probably worth the MSRP of 19.95. I guess you have to be a member for 20 plus years and buy everything that they send out wanting you to purchase, but like you I'm not a millionair. I've registerd a number of times and sent in reviews good and bad, but have yet to receive anything valued greater than 19.95. I'm thinking it not worth the time.
