Big-N-Beasty Brassicas is a high-protein, fast-growing annual forage blend that contains purple-top turnips, sugar beets, three varieties of forage rape, daikon radishes and forage carrots. I used this in Upper Michigan, I planted it the last week of July and thought that was a little too late. I will be trying this again and planting it Mid June.
