“This is a very lifelike decoy. Whether fully inflated and standing, or partially inflated and posed in a bedded position, the decoy looks real.” |

James Barbarossa/Valparaiso, IN
“The decoy is made very well, is lightweight and is easy to use—plus, carrying it to and from hunting spots is a breeze!” |

it might be light and easy to blow up, but did it work?

I have used Miss November and still do. As of yet had a deer come closer than 15 yards or so. I think they may smell that strong rubber smell from the liner. However, for what I am using this for it works great because the deer pay more attention to it that they do of me. The small spikes that comes with the decoy do need replaced. I have had this get blown over even when staked to the ground. I purchased longer spikes at a local walmart and now it hasn't blown over yet.

I field tested this during the rut. It was able to pull a 4-point away from a doe he was chasing. The buck got within 20 yds of the decoy, before he turned and went back to the doe. I placed the decoy in short sapplings. I put some of the sapplings in the tie-down holes. It works to get the deers attention, but if you are trying to get a deer into a shooting lane, there will be a lot of trial and error going on.

I had a miss november decoy setup on a friends property and it got attacked by what we think was a bear. The large teeth marks and other indicators seemed to point to a black bear attack. It worked well on deer before it got deflated by the attack. I am in the process of purchasing another one. Would have liked to have seen the bear's reaction to air rushing out and the decoy deflating! LOL

My son bought one this year and we took it on opening weekend. The first day we had 2 young bucks come in and watch it from 15 yards away for about 8 minutes. The next day my son tokk a 13 point buck standing around 30 yards from this decoy. Yes it works.
