“This is a very good tool for sighting in a gun, and it’s very easy to haul around. It’s a great asset to any hunting camp!” |

David Hanshaw/Canyon City, CA
“The green laser was much easier to see than the red laser I’ve used in the past, and I appreciate the complete set all in one case.” |

I do like the green laser instead of the red laser. The ones i have used before were always red laser. Is there a difference at say 100 yards from the point of laser to the point of impact? what is the recomended distance to use to sight in a rifle ( lets say a .308 remington 700)?

100 Yards is pretty much a good standard for sighting in with a .308

You are still suppose to use zero teqniques like normal after using these this just cuts the process in half and saves on tons of ammo when I use borescopes and boresighting lasers it takes 4 rounds to dead center for 100 yard zero instead of half to whole box. So in short over time saves money but cost bout average of 5 box's of ammo for this.

This is an OUTSTANDING tool to keep in your day pack whenever your out hunting!!! I fell and "jared" my scope, I was truely P,O'd 'till I remembered I packed the bore sighter. I placed a paper target up on a stump, re-sighted my .270 within 1 minute at 1" high at 75 yards. 1 hour after this, my son pointed out a NICE Columbian Black tail buck in his day bed, and I was able to dispatch him with one shot at 125 yards. You may only use this once each year to "check" your rifles aim point, but being that this unit is compact, and ready to use ANYWHERE I pack it on EVERY trip.
