“The Jerky Kit had fantastic taste and was very easy to use. The directions were easy to follow, and I can’t wait to try the other flavors.”

Michael N. Ryan/Monticello, UT

“I used elk steaks, cut into strips, to make the jerky. My two daughters helped me; it was a fun family activity.”

I just got done making a batch of deer sticks with the Hi Mountain variety pack. It has 5 different flavors. Very easy to use, everything you need and the flavor is just right, not to strong and not to weak. If your going to make your own deer sticks or jerkey, I recommend the Hi Mountain. (Have another batch ready to cook, that's over 120 sticks, yum yum)

My friend and I make pounds of jerky every year around Muzzleloader season, he has tried the Hi Mountain and Honestly he swears by Nesco brand jerky and sausage kits. I however have not tried Hi Mountain, but maybe I will.
