These non-lead shotgun slugs are made of galvanized steel and feature an aerodynamic hourglass shape for stabilization, accuracy and deflection reduction during flight. Four loads are available including Monolit 28 (435 grains), Monolit 32 (495 grains), Dupo 28 (6-point expansion) and Hexolit 32 (slug mixed with 6 “mini-bullets”). 435 & 495 grains just seems to much weight to be to accurate. you say 100 yards but what about 50 yards or 125 yards. what kind of drops you get from different yardage? shoot that kind of weight the drops would be large! i think this slug is just to big for my shooting style!

too large, i use 300 gr. hornady sst slugs in my gun.
