• Sponsor’s decisions concerning all matters related to this sweepstakes are final.
• This sweepstakes begins on March 3, 2012.

• Multiple entries are allowed.
• No responsibility is assumed for late, lost, damaged, postage-due, or misdirected entries or prize acceptance responses.
• Entries must be received by July 31, 2012.
• Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.
• Winner will receive a six-day moose hunting package to Ray’s Hunting & Fishing, Howley, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, including airfare from a major airport, transportation to and from the lodge from Deer Lake airport, field dress and trophy care of game, one moose license and tag, lodging, meals and personal guide service. Travel and hunt dates are November 4 through November 11, 2012. Total value of the prize package is $7,000 USD.
• No cash substitutions, transfer, or assignment of prizes allowed, except by NAAC, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
• Winner must pay all costs other than those specifically identified in the prize description.
• All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected on or about August 7, 2012 and notified by mail.
• If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if a potential winner cannot be verified, or if a potential winner is otherwise unable to accept prize, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner provided sufficient time remains, in NAAC’s discretion.
• Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability within fourteen (14) days of the postmark date.
• Open to legal U.S. citizens, residing in the United States, and to legal Canadian citizens, residing in Canada. Canadian law requires that selected Canadian residents correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to win.
• Void in PR, Quebec and where prohibited by law.
• Winner must be at least eighteen (18) years old on August 31, 2012. To hunt big game in Newfoundland and Labrador, you must be 18 years of age by August 31 in the year for which the license is valid. Winner will be required to provide proof of age.
• Employees (and their immediate family members) of NAAC divisions, dealerships, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies and all other entities or individuals associated with the development, administration or fulfillment of this promotion are not eligible to win.
• Winner grants to NAAC and Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism the right to use his name, photograph, likeness and biographical information in advertising and promotion without compensation or permission except in TN or where prohibited by law.
• Winner releases NAAC, Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism and Ray’s Hunting & Fishing Lodge from any liability arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.
