According to CA law all sales have to go through FFL's ,but no one pays much attention to it as far as individual sales go .And it has not stopped criminals from getting guns .So what good has that law done .None .The criminal will get them when you can not .

And something else .Is it not already against the law to buy a gun for a known felon .Is that not what they charge that gal in NY with that bought the gun for the guy that killed the fireman there .
