What difference does it make? I carried before State law said I could (I cconsider the permit I now have an unConstitutional infringement), I carry open sometimes and concealed sometine esp in places that say "GUN FREE"....
The question likely to reach SCOTUS is whether or not we have a Right to carry concelaed.....doesn't answer open carry.....I will carry whatever court decides.....not because I am paranoid....why shud I be? I have a gun!

BTW, I consider the 9th Circuit decison a State's rights issue....
