It is Bush's fault... he should have know better than to let those pig capitalists take advantage of something Clinton did, to help the employees!

Tom, Bush wasn't quite the idiot that the Democrats and the media would lead us to believe. As far as intelligence goes, we only have to look at Jimmy Carter to see that even the most intelligent individuals don't make the best POTUS!!!!!
