The young man obviously set this cop up for the video. I find it hard to believe that he just happened to have a video ready to record the incident; and seriously doubt that he could have quoted all of the case law off of the top of his head, without prior preparation for such an encounter. With that said, kudos to him for outsmarting the cop and winning the argument!!!!!!!!

HE MADE HIS POINT but many cops in the country would have escalated the encounter and shot him if given the chance.I applaud his enthusiasm but I would not recomend provoking the police

Things being what they are right now MANY people carry cams , in their cars, car cams or spy pens this is not to mention your cell phone with a cam operation, youtube is full of film the police vids. and they broadcast them. Almost every interaction with police has some film, might only be the dash cam on the police car, or cell phone. The new movement is to ALWAYS film the police, or border control.
