So far over half the county legislatures have passed bills demanding that the SAFENY act be repealed. Although they are meaningless when it comes to the repeal of the act it does show the overwhelming rejection of the act.

One County Sheriff has stated that he sees this as the start of another Revolution. He was further quoted as saying he will not send his men to the homes of lawabiding citizens to enforce any part of any gun law he considers Unconstitutional. He refuses to put a bullseye on the chest of any of his officers or citizenry.

Personally I think its time for armed insurrection against Cuomo and the State Legislature. Put em all in POW Camps.

Couple this with manufacturers who refuse to sell to the state and local leos, as well as those who potentially could relocate to friendlier states; there just might be some hope for NY residents.

But it is going to take some recalls on most of the IDIOTS that voted for an unconstitutional law .

Just when I think there might be intelligent life in NYC, I read an article about the proposal to put condom vending machines in the cabs! I say, let 'em have unprotected sex in the back seat of those nasty damn cabs, maybe it'll help spread aids and kill some of 'em off. Then the city can be repopulated with intelligent life!!!!!!!!

Ron, The majority of intelligent life in NYC aree rats. New York STATE is HUGE compared to that sewer, they (and Westchester County so far) do however have the majority of the the liberal population and enough to override the rest of the state. PLEASE don't equate all from NYS as NY CITY people.

Sorry to all the Conservative Nyers--But I do not belive there is much inteligent life in NY---Just look who they continually vote into office !!!!!!   They just do not learn !!!

Holly I'm totally against recalls in Albany!!! Read my original post. We go we take them by arms and put them in POW camps as traitors to the Constitution of the United States. Its time that law abiding gun owners said enough to any Govt trampling of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights not just the 2nd Ammendment but their trampling on the whole kit and kaboodle.

ok - fair enough guys but you'd probably be surprised, or not, how often people from NYS get "labeled" as a NYCity bleedingheart extremist liberal{1}******* when in fact, most of the rest of the state (with the exception of Westchester County and Albany) are FAR from it. Just gets VERY tiring to be judged to be a certain way shearly because of the state that you live in.

No, it's just that I, like most non-chithole (read as: NYC) people can actually apply reason and logic as opposed to non-thought out knee jerk reactions which do absolutely nothing to actually solve problems but just make them feel like they've done something. When in fact, they would accomplish more if they all got together and had a mutual masturbation party.

Oh a circle jerk sounds  but if that is what it takes. A rope and tall oak sounds better, the lack of 02 enhances the the experience from what I understand.

Yea Steve know what you mean .I live in the north were the smart part of the state lives .Like I keep telling people ,that if you start at Redwood city and go east on I 80 TO I 5 ,and then south to mexico ,everything west of that could fall in the ocean and no one would miss it .But would fix the state .Thats where 90% of our liberals live .
