| "The BIG Lie"
The phrase was also used in a report prepared during the war by the United States Office of Strategic Services in describing Hitler's psychological profile:[5][6]
His primary rules were: never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it.[7]

SW, this theory(?) has been floating around the net as of late. I've been trying to make connections between articles, but have to admit that I haven't put adequate time into it I love the internet/ information age, but believe that false, inaccurate, or misleading info is the nemesis of the info on the web. I'm not saying that your info is wrong, in fact I believe it bares more scrutiny to see how it pans out. It is a subject that seems to be gaining traction, so it will be interesting to see what becomes of it. |

I'm positive that's an accurate statement... |

HMM How many top brass have we lost due to sex scandals lately. Things look funny but can't swear it is the truth. |

The interesting thing is the many different sources that have been "quoted" on various internet sites. I'm of the opinion that one or two qualify for doubt; 3 or 4 make it credible, 5 or more make it very believable. I've actually seen this gentleman's comments on 2 other sites, so that sort of skews the 3 or 4 scenario. However; considering the subject and that it is Obama we're discussing, I have to look at the 2.5 billion rounds of .40 cal ammo as evidence that something is up. Couple that with the facts that have been documented about the FEMA camps, and the "sex scandals" linked to high ranking officers, I have to say it certainly passes the credible and leans towards the believable in my opinion. |

Irregardless of the " brass " it is the enlisted that will or will not follow any orders to fire on their fellow Americans that make the difference wouldn't you say ? |

Why did the Natioalized ARK guard stand to defend a black to enter public school? Because they had been ordered to. Beside the point whether it was right or wrong, the NG took the Prez's orders...... |

Tom when did this happen? During the Viet Nam era, our troops came home to be spat upon and called baby killers! Attitudes have changed dramatically... they're now met with hugs and hand shakes. While I don't doubt there will be troops killing civilians, there will be those supporting the oath they took! I never in my wildest dreams would be thinking we have finally met our last days... but I believe we have. It is irony to come full circle and now be faced with the same threats our forefathers faced... the real question is ... do we allow the enemy of freedom to finally win... right in our own home? |

sw, during the desegregation of the Arkansas schools. Remember, it was also the Alabama NG that faced off with George Wallace and the Alabama State Police in Montgomery. Are you too young to remember those days? I remember the first day a black kid entered the elementary school I attended, flanked by Federal Marshalls, who spent the entire first month as personal body guards. |

While there will be the few that follow any orders to shoot their fellow Americans most will not as some of those who are to be shot will be their own family and relatives. There will be a mass exodus of military personnel and hopefully this will include pilots, tankers, artillery, and the rest of the big weapons and most will have their support personnel come with them. I simply do not believe that the majority of our military personnel will follow orders that involve any killing of their fellow Americans and as I said family and relatives. For those who have been awake and following the news shoudl know by now that our military is the red headed stepchild of the current admin and most do not and I truly believe will not support it if it comes to such drastic measures. This is simply my opinion and nothing more nor less. PREPARE YOURSELVES !!!!! |

I was probably 10 years old when this happened so it really didn't register. I lived in NH and blacks were something I only heard and read about! |
