NY county health dept. shuts down church's wild game feed

Eating-crow The Madison County (NY) Health Department shut down the 28th annual Open Door Baptist Church wild game dinner scheduled for Feb. 9 for Sanitary Code violations because dishes including crow, venison and woodchuck were offered for public consumption. A sanitarian dispatched to the event deemed the food in violation because it was not FDA approved. Oneida Daily Dispatch.

But it's ok to feed the children in school the swill they do!!!

It's all about power and control!

"The BIG Lie" The phrase was also used in a report prepared during the war by the United States Office of Strategic Services in describing Hitler's psychological profile:[5][6] His primary rules were: never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it.[7]

Down here the big church wild game dinner has shrimp, venison, quail, and wild pig. Since the dinner is free, I doubt they'd experience any problems with the health department, but then again, this is the South and wild game is served in practically every household. I attended the first one, but haven't gone back due to the huge crowds, the small portions, and lack of tables to sit down and eat. I absolutely despise trying to balance a plate on my lap in order to eat, while having my drink sit on the damn floor so people can kick it over........then of course, you're expected to stay and listen to the sermon.

Our legislators here have a wild hog BBQ every year so I don't think that will stop anytime soon as it has been the tradition for many years. So since it was not FDA approved food does that mena they will be trying to stop all the people who hunt, kill, and cook their kill for eating will be on the list to stop as well ????? When the wild game has been processed by a licensed processor is that not FDA approval as they must meet government standards in order to obtain a business permit ?
