70 years ago, my parents, two of them, gave me a Head Start----it was called love and caring.....we may have lived in a four room tar paper house with an out house for a while and didn't have much money, but I grew up right without the fuggin guvmint interferring.....got my arse whupped too for being a boy, but no Human Services folks visited! Deserved all the whuppings I got from school, neighbors and Mom and Dad!
