This is why we lost most of our refineries in the US. The smaller refineries could not keep up with the $$$$ of being compliant with continuing tighter regulations.

the governments end game is to nationalize all bussines in thier minds small PRIVATE OWNED bussinesses are a thing of the past and  dangerous to the MASTERS.this has been  GOAL  at least since woody wilson.but they are now closer than ever to achieveing thier goals and we have noone to blame but ourselves
