He had been scheduled to appear in court Wednesday morning to answer charges he shot at his neighbors in a dispute last month over a speed bump.

SG, considering that Chicago has some of the toughest gun laws in the nation I would say that this case actually goes against Obama's agenda. As far as I know you can't even legally buy a gun from a store in Chicago because they don't allow them to be sold in the city.
