Hello, my name is Chef Martin Schindel, and after graduating Culinary School with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts I decided to start up my own catering business. I started and run Everyday Occasions Catering located in Freeland , Michigan...if anyone is interested in booking an event with my company I will give any NAHC member a discount. I work with wild game as well as a standard menu. For example, chicken, beef, and fish.

Hope it works out for you. You get to meet a lot of different, interesting people in the catering business; and most of 'em will try to fugg you on the bill if you aren't extremely careful!!!!!!! Been there and have the t-shirt and the bumper sticker, so know what it's all about.
