Just how much abuse can one take ... just for being successful?

Fairness is a flat tax!
"The BIG Lie" The phrase was also used in a report prepared during the war by the United States Office of Strategic Services in describing Hitler's psychological profile:[5][6] His primary rules were: never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it.[7]

The states where Democrats have been on control for years, are the ones everyone with any sense are running from!!!

I've been saying this for some time now. Leftists respond with either, "Good Riddance" or "They will never leave". Maybe now they are starting to see they are wrong.

Higher taxes mean less "revenue" (taxes collected by the government) because the rich can easily leave and avoid paying their so called "Fair Share" of government extortion.

I encourage all citizens to find ways to avoid paying any tax they can, to prove to the government we do not support their wasteful spending of our hard earned "extortion payments".

Phil Mickelson just got crucified by the media for his comments about the situation in California, he has since apologized for his statement!

I wonder if he had his fingers crossed when he apologized?
There are tons of people living on the edge and governments keep saying "more taxes". I am old enough to remember whe one could deduct credit card interest from ones taxes. That was cut out, that was in effect, a tax increase. The current administration is considering an adjustment in the homeowneres deductions, if so this will be another tax on us.
They talk about creating jobs and torally ignore the tax and/or enviornmental regulations which drive businesses out of state or out ot the country.
They talk about reducing governemt spending but the actual size of government keeps increasing.
They lump those who spent years contributing to medicare and social security with those who draw but never paid a cent and talk of reducing "entitlements".
They attack health care to the elderly buy reducing payments to doctors so that more and more of them cannot afford to see medicare patients. I was told that 27% of provideders dropped medicare as of January. Don't know the truth of that.
I am in many ways typical, I had help with my health care from the company I retired from---which ended when I turned 65, I had no choice but to go to medicare, I am not wealthy enough to get private insurance as it is beyond expensive as you get older.
I guess one could go on for hours but I am not going to.
