We call it the NELP. I've been a life member for about 20 years.
The more time I spend here, the less time I spend hunting, so say something important.

Just reading the magazine and watching deer porn on TV.

You can't believe that chit. It's all set up to brainwash you in to buying what they're pitching. I quit watching years ago. But hey, whatever floats your boat. ;-)

Yep, they're half-hour gear commercials, but I don't succumb. I just watch the deer and dream of seeing them in the real world.

Can't see 'em in your living room - save up the 1/2 hr's and put 'em toward scouting... it's not only for the fall.

I tried scouting in the dark once. It didn't work real well. I probably should use those hours for sleeping or cleaning my gun.

LOL. Yep we have to distinguish ourselves from da Yoopers. Never had a problem with Cheeseheads or Badgers. I lived in California for a while. It's a nice place to live for a while. Came back to where I really wanted to be when I didn't need that four letter word that begins with w and ends with a k.
