At a cost of "Quadrillions" a death star would bankrupt the whole world and honestly it wouldn't be possible until space travel is a reality.

As far as distroying plants, BO feels it is just a bit ambisous, right now, he has not distroyed his frist country yet, working on it, but just not there yet.

Biden does look like a heavy breather type, and turned out to be Luke's father, don't you have a sister LD? All you need is a buddy named Hans and another named Chewy. I knew a mexican guy everyone called Chewy, never met a Hans though. Anywhoo , maybe send the Deathstar idea to the rocket city rednecks, could probably knock it out in 2-3 weekends outta some junk yard goodies and free beer.
