The law is meaningless to them... unless it's advantageous to their political position.

"The BIG Lie" The phrase was also used in a report prepared during the war by the United States Office of Strategic Services in describing Hitler's psychological profile:[5][6] His primary rules were: never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it.[7]

A little off the subject but I read the other day that there is a bill in congress to do away with the 2 term limit for President. I wonder who is behind that one?

I would love to see  them impeached but it will never happen as only a select few would support it.

even if they did not pass a law to do away with term limits obama could probably get away with serveing third term. anyone who questioned it would be portrayed as a crazy racist by the media and most of the public would believe it.

This is the gist of an article I read giving cause for charges for those who took oaths and are not living up to them. 5 U.S.C 3331provides the text of the oath of office of the office required to take before assuming office. 5 U.S.C 3333 requires members of Congress to sign an affidavit that they have taken the oath of office BY U.S.C 3331 and have not or will not violate that oath of office during their tenure of office as defined by the third part of the law 5 U.S.C 7311 which explicitly makes it a federal criminal offense ( and a violation of oath of office ) for anyoneemployed in the United States Government ( including members of Congress ) to " advocate the overthrow of our Constitutional form of Government " . The fourth federal law 18 U.S.C 1918 provides penalty's for violation of oath of office described in 5 U.S.C 7311 which includes (1) Removal from office and: (2) confinement or a fine. You can Google the laws concerning those taking the oaths of office and read all the rest but i thought this pretty much gives a good picture of what can and should be done at this time.

bpearce, that's been proposed going all the way back to the first Bush, by a Hispanic Democrat from New York. He proposes it in each new term. It's never even gone to a committee.

A little off the subject but I read the other day that there is a bill in congress to do away with the 2 term limit for President. I wonder who is behind that one?

This would require the approval of 2/3 of the Senate (Not Probable) Then the approval of 2/3 of the House (Ain't gonna happen) And then the approval of 2/3 of the states (Again... Ain't gonna happen).

I think I get a little more paranoid every day after reading about what this administration is doing. One thing bothering me is Bidens statment that he will soon be reporting his task force recomendations back to Obama in a few days. Why is he going to Obama instead of congress with recomendations?

I'm thinking maybe congress, and the SCOTUS. The executive branch does not have the power nor the authority to do it on it's own, and the rest of this country wouldn't let him get away with it.

I have no doubt that when the proper time comes, as Obama sees it, he will use Executive Orders to declare martial law, suspend Congress and dissolve the SCOTUS. Then his buddies in the Muslim Brotherhood and the UN peacekeepers will become his enforcers while we are rounded up and sent to the FEMA camps.

Charlie, M. L. King was a die hard socialist, and his ultimate goal was to follow Mao's philosophy and prediction that the US would be toppled from within by the "colored peoples"!!!!!!!!!!
