If anyone is interested in custom made wood hand grips message me or email me. I can make them out of almost any wood avilable if i can obtain it.

Nice work! I have a couple of really nice pieces of walnut, one of which I was going to use on a Garand that is no longer in the family. If I supply the wood can you use it for grips? At some point I would need to understand the cost as well. Not poor but retired!

Can you give me a price range in $$ from the least to the most in ball park numbers?   I may get some. Can they be checkered also?  Pretty sharp looking.

Prices are as follows

$50.00 a set -plain-
$75.00 a set -checkered-

I can checker them as soon as i get the files to checker them until then all i can do it smooth or plain. Obtaining the files is in the works i will post a set when a get the checkering down to an art.

John if you want to hold on to the walnut you have I already have some blanks cut out of some burly walnut.
Right now i have the following wood:
Ash,Purple Heart, Honduran Rosewood, Brazilian Mahogany, Zebra wood. If i dont have a wood of your desire ask and i will tell you if i can get what you want!

Not being a wood guy, would it be possible to post a pix of each wood so I/we can see what the different wood looks like?
