This is how Canada treats self defense

http://www.calgaryherald.com/news/a...story.html

If you are from Canada and think this will ever fly in this country, you are sadly mistaken.

Like the outcome. Its sad that it took so long to get resolved. In my opinion, all of the money spent on his defense should be reimbursed. If the morons in DC have their way, we will most likely have the same thing to deal with.

I have my opinion on this, but unless ask by a Canadian, feel it is none of my business nor concern.

Like YH says ... Canadians have more freedom than we do.

Maybe he meant... Canadian officials have the right to destroy their citizens when they get out of line.
"The BIG Lie" The phrase was also used in a report prepared during the war by the United States Office of Strategic Services in describing Hitler's psychological profile:[5][6] His primary rules were: never allow the public to cool off; never admit a fault or wrong; never concede that there may be some good in your enemy; never leave room for alternatives; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong; people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one; and if you repeat it frequently enough people will sooner or later believe it.[7]
