Got the e-mail today, owner agreed to terms, Agent preparing the new rent to own documents should have them Monday to sign and then fax them back to finalize everything, probably move in April 1st, I believe they are giving the current tenant 60 days to get out....I want to move like yesterday, got plans and work to do.... |

Couldn't sleep much last night sent in the fax Monday morning waiting on the final word and possession dat...no problems on a hunting party!!!! I can hardly wait......appreciate all the kind words.... |

Boomer1 I may take you up on that next year as I've made a goal to either get the Grand Slam or Super Grand Slam, gonna take my time though, maybe one trip a year....something I've wanted to do for a long time....and if this property in Indiana shows real Trophys like I'm told your more than welcome to come out my way, got plenty of room for ya.... |

yeah sorry should have updated...sent my check, and the paper work, move in in March, once the earnest money is paid which should be before summer they will then take the house off the market, hasn't sold in four years can't see it selling in four months....so I'm feeling pretty confident if I work my budget right its all mine.....thanks for the prayers and support....can not wait to get to move in.... |
