Let us join together and force the issue of impeachment by the House
of Representatives. I suggest that such impeachment not be done, one by
one, but by groups.. those parties which have conspired to act against
the Constitution and meet the criteria for sedition, treason and other
high crimes and misdemeanors.
To be clear, the indictment should list not only those in the
administration that are guilty of such conduct, but those in Congress
(both houses), SCOTUS and Federal Judges. Those that stand accused, may
not by law, be a "finder of fact" in any issue related to the
indictment, nor may they use their position or title to vote or
otherwise render any judgment against any defendant therein.
They MUST be reclused.
Thus three main benefits are immediately realized. First, those that
are not indicted will make sure that they will not in the future, fall
prey to the same mistakes as their indicted associates. Second, both
parties will lose their power through numbers, in both houses of
Congress, thus, it also breaks up, or at least limits party loyalty in
protecting each other. Three, it sends a thundering message to all
government employees, that they are NOT free to do as they choose, to
follow any agenda, nor ever again, dismiss the American public, States
rights, the Constitution or Bill of Rights. It would establish once
again, that Oaths matter and that the “Public Trust” is not just a loose
phrase, without meaning or consequence.
Would it be a blood bath? Of course it would, but better the spilling
of blood of traitors, than the blood of the American people.
Perhaps then, with the will of God and the American people, no
President, no administration, no agency therein, nor court upon this
land or Congress, will ever again break their oaths of office and the
Public Trust, nor attempt to circumvent the Constitution & Bill of
Rights, nor disrespect the “Separation of Powers” nor ever again allow
Congress to abrogate their duties and responsibilities to the American
people and to this great nation.
Perhaps then, we might be able to repossess our beloved nation that was stolen while we slept.
