Took this Alabama 8 point on 1-3-13. Hunting doesn't get much easier, we can see our green field from the backyard so we've made our gazebo multi purpose by hanging a few camo blinds around it. Anyway I got setup around 4:55 pm and he stepped into the field about 5 mins later, at 5:11 I was warming up the tractor to go get him.

Congratulations on the deer, a very nice buck .
Talk about getting an easy deer, years ago my dad shot a Deer in the corn field behind his house, and the deer ran through the corn toward his house and fell over dead next to his driveway. I joked around and told him too bad that he didn’t leave the barn door open because it would have saved us dragging him the 25 yards to hang the Deer in it.
