I was chosen to test Frog Lube on the Stuff Stuff side of this site, here are my results.

After the major de-oiling with the supplied special cleaning solvent, treating the parts with the frog lube and heating it up with a hair blower, there was a little to wipe off. By this time the room your in smells like wintermint. With time at the range for testing after the treatment, my barrel of my pistol never did get dry like when treated with a well known oil. Treating the inside of your barrel also makes clean-up a snap, with no copper or lead fouling. A super product that I recommend to anyone wanting a superior oil that can be used on almost anything using a oil treatment.

Your review is pretty much what the others I've read said. It must be some pretty good stuff. One question, though. How long does it take for the smell to wear off of the gun after treatment?

I'm in the process of testing frog lube also and doing a day by day on the smell...heat dried one gun and let the other dry on its own..the heat dry; the smell was gone from the gun as soon as it was completely dry..the air dry took two days in the safe..I also used it on my ML and then cased the gun in a soft case, that checked out with a slight bearly noticable trace smell after two days and was completly gone in four...it have the same smell as TC Bore Butter...the TC lasts untill ya get it off the gun...doing a water/moisture test..right now will keep ya'll informed..
