Does anyone know of any relatively good quality scent control camo pants available for less than $50 or $60?

might try ebay for used. Check prices at Sportsmanguide. They buy in bulk and sell cheap.

I've tried different brands of scent control clothing.  To me the majority of them are not worth the money.  You might be able to find some used ones for 50 to 60.  I keep all of my hunting clothes in a tote with leaves from trees, small branches from cedars work well also. I do a lot of spot and stalking during bow season in Kansas and have several deer within a few feet of me while stalking another buck and have never been busted due to scent.  A lot of my hunting buddies make fun of me, but it works.
