More US troops being sent to foreign countries… and for what?

 

What real accomplishments have been made in Iraq?  The government is still corrupt and abuses it’s people and it’s minorities. Same with Afghanistan!

 

Look at Egypt… US assisted ousting of the president to be replaced with the Muslim Brotherhood who tried to take complete control and be a dictator.  I have no doubts that he will succeed eventually. 

 

Soon Syria will fall and that region will be a major violent  mess .. and guess who will be there!!!

That's just what we need to do right now with all of the garbage going on with OUR country. Let's just stick more troops into even more countries. Man, we'll be spread so thin here at home as far as our borders are concerned that Russia or China will just be licking their chops to invade us. That's worst case scenario I guess...but IMO, not out of the question. Maybe it's all in Obummer's plan.

Let 'em kill each other, while we put our troops to work with border and school security! We all know that wherever our military goes, so also goes food, and other aid, along with monetary loans; all of which we are borrowing from the Chinese to lend to our enemies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And this is the one who said he would get ALL of our troops out of harms way .But he did have to wait untill after the elections to announce it .Let those SOB'S kill each other .Just less we have to fight latter .

Only Ron Paul as President would have done what he promised... the others... well ...you'll all see soon!

Guess your right... at this point it doesn't matter. We're on the fast track to destruction and no one can or has the will, to stop the crash coming. It's not going to be fun.

all good things come to an end. but it's gonna be an interesting ride.my only hope at this point is to live long enough to say "I TOLD YOU SO!"

I don't believe our military will support killing Americans, even if ordered by the commander in chief.

So you are correct... I believe outside military force will be needed.

I have met several young men at the VA that have been assigned duties in Africa. They are there to teach those countries soldiers and bolster their security by having a more capable military of their own. Easier to put out an ember than a full blown war. I don't think its our job to be the worlds policeman but train people to police and defend themselves.

Like we've trained the Pakistanis, Iraqis and Afghanis? We trained them so well, that they learned how to infiltrate our defenses and kill our military that provided the training! Didn't we experience the same damn thing with the South Vietnamese troops, who were our friends by day and our enemies by night? If we are going to get involved in other country's internal affairs, we should just kill 'em all and get the hell out! Stop all of the training, aid, and winning the hearts and minds. Instead put two in the heart and one in the mind and go on about our own damn business! On the other hand, if any sh*t for brains foreign leader dares to make a move against any American citizen or American interest, then bomb the pizz out of his country and reduce it to a steaming trash pile. Then let France, Germany or some other socialist country bail them out. It's for damn sure that none of our "friends" in NATO have the balls to go up against the power and might of the US!!!!!!!!!!

I always lived my military career by not trusting anyone who was not an Amercian period. I have friends and their sons have enlisted and gone to Iraq and Afghanistan and when talking with them I told them to not trust anyone who is not an American period. I try to get them to understand that the same feller that works with you or cuts your hair or works in the messhall could very well be the same one that kills you when he gets the chance. As for the ones sent to Africa all will be well till some of ours are ambushed and slaughtered and then we will slowly but surely get sucked into more and more involvement.

And of course Morsi is against the French and US forces in Mali... Has to protect his brotherhood
