Evidently, these lawmakers aren't aware of the SCOTUS rulings of the last couple of years! I've got news for them, state law is superseded by Federal law, and there just happens to be this piece of parchment called the Constitution, and it has a series called the Bill of Rights, and then there are attachments called Amendments. The Second Amendment reigns supreme over any state or municipality, if they don't believe it they should make a few calls to DC and Chicago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Besides, they can't ban something that the Feds already regulate, which are the true assault weapons called machine guns, or fully automatic weapons!!!!!!!!!
NRA LM, NAHC LM, Buckmasters LM, Second Amendment Foundation, GOA, NAGR, Palmetto Gun Rights, DU, NWTF, QDMA, Everyday Hunter,OYOA, ASAdspalliance,D& DH, and PROUD SC redneck REBEL for life. If the South had won the war, Obama wouldn't be in the White House.
