This is their MO for their failures such as Fast & Furious and this one as well. They are in some cases given promotions and assigned to another office and if they are fired they are usually hired by another agency. The only way we will ever see any of these guilty people charged and tried in a court of law is if WE THE PEOPLE demand it and follow through and keep it up front and don't let it be forgotten.
