I have 14 pp for elk and would like to use them in 2013 for a black power hunt. Can anyone recomend areas to apply and an outfitter that wont break the bank. Reply to fourmules@tds.net

I would put in for unit 76... I hunt down there a lot and know the area pretty well... and my uncle lives down there and he knows all the "sweet spots" and they have a lot of very nice bulls down there... i will be guiding hunts this year in another part of the state but have black powder season off and would be happy yo take you down there anthing d show you around and maybe get on a big bull... Not to mention gives me a chance to go down and see some family... Another nice thing about the hunting down there is you dont run into a lot of other hunters so the elk wont be all wound up... I have some horns at the house i can take some pictures of so you can see what you could run into down there... When i get home i will take some pics and figure out how to upload them on here
