gut, we don't know that Adam Lanza's mother didn't have her guns locked up to prevent his access. The media doesn't know the details, and the cops haven't figured out all of the truth, yet. To place blame on her is falling into believing what the media wants us to believe.............just like the claims that he used an "assault weapon with high capacity clips". Innuendo, false statements, misinformation and outright lies are the mantra of the msm, along with postulating about circumstances.

On religion, I only have one comment and then I'll drop it. I've seen too many fervent Christians suffer needlessly, and with all of their prayers and the prayers of others, their God didn't do a single thing to alleviate their pain. For that reason alone, (and I have many, many other reasons) I just can not accept a belief in such a deity. I have too much scientific rationale to see that such a being can not exist. If other folks are content and comfortable with their beliefs, I don't object, just don't try to preach to me or convert me. As stated I am an Agnostic, I believe that there is a possibility of the existence of a higher intelligence; I just do not believe that religion recognizes the proper intelligent being through the worship of a God.

Yes RT but we don't know that .But as I have said before .She should not have separated her son from reality .I know this first hand as I have stated before .My grand daughter has the same problem as he had .And now she is a productive member of society.My daughter thought about doing the same as she did and was advised against it . But instead she was tought some manors and respect for others .

If she did how did he get them? Only two people know the combination to my gun safe and my wife is the other one.

Some gun safes have keyed locks. I know that both of mine do. How do we know he didn't find and steal the keys??????????

Mine have a combination and the a key to lock the tumbler.So you have to have both to get into mine .

The fact is we do not know, it is all speculation. He could have beaten it out of her, before killing her. They say she was still in bed, and dressed in night wear. Would he have to wait for her to get out of bed and dressed. Speculation. He could have used somthing else, that could have killed more. One fact is had those that faced and tried to stop him, been trained and armed fewer if any would have died.

There more than likely, are many contributing factors to this. Many of which we may never know. 
The fact is we can make the world a safer place, in one area, maybe saving a few lives. But At the sacrafice of liberty for all. 

That's the problem with the media and their sensationalism at any cost, especially at the expense of actual facts.
