This could be a good thing.
Does anyone know or remember when obama put Biden in charge of anything else during his rule? Has anything Biden has said or done made a difference in our economy ? unemployment ? banking? |

Biden was a high profile individual in the original " assault " weapons ban when Clinton was POTUS so Monkey Joe is the one to put on this as he is a proven liar that will stop at nothing to get this done. Also if he fails it will be him that gets thrown under the bus by the current POTUS !!! It's a win win situation ! |

Most anti gun morons don't know what an assult weapon is. M-16 assult rifle black and to them nasty looking. Has large capacity magazine a selector switch safe, fire, and auto. An AR-15 has a large capacity magazine Check Is dark colored and to them nasty looking Check has a selector switch safe, or fire no auto function. With the exception of mag capacity is basically like any other rifle out there. Now the only problem I have concerning high capacity mags is this. Its opening day of gun season for deer. I'm nestled in my treestand and suddenly I hear the stacatto of an AR or any other semi auto on the hill. What I know from experience there's a deer running through the woods and some fool is emptying a mag at him. And he has no idea what is beyond the deer and it could be me. There are states that limit the number of rounds a gun can hold for deer hunting. And there are states that don't allow semi autos for hunting PA comes to mind. NY doesn't and in areas such as state lands close to the city large capacity mags and idiots is a recipe for disaster. Then there's a couple real idiots I know that are carrying Barret 50cal semis for deer. STUPID! A 50cal will tear a 200lb man in half think of the poor button buck.
Now don't get me wrong I'm not in favor of any more gun control. Any one using a gun in a crime should be prosecuted under Federal law not state. So I would be in favor of a Federal law that mandates states to send ALL gun related offenses to Federal court. Federal gun violation carry heavier penalties. And the gangbanger in NY is gonna end up in Kansas not in a state facility with other Homies. So it could work like this Homie kills somebody he gets prosecuted by the Feds for the gun gets 25 in a max Fed lock up and the state for 2nd degree murder and gets 20yrs. Now for 25 years he's in Kansas then he comes back to NY and does his 20 if he was 20 at the time he's 65 before he sees fresh air. And that my friends is the way to put an end to some gun violence. Remember we can never end gun violence there's always going to be domestic disputes where someone grabs a gun. There's always gonna be that whacko out for unknown reasons picks up a gun and heads for a mall or school etc with bad intent.
Face it Biden is at the very least gonna get a bill passed to ban "Assault style guns" And ask yourself this did that ban do anything to stop gun violence? NO! But Obama Biden are only gonna be with us for four more years. If then Biden is the Dem POTUS candidate we're good. The man has the personality of a door stop. And I'm betting Gov Christie will run in four years and we haven't had a fatman as POTUS in way too long a time. |

I can't find it now but was reading an article that said under Blamer's rule gun prosecutions have dropped 45 % under him .Was it not the same under Clinton as well with Reno in charge .It dropped 65% why .Is that what they wanted .Less prosecution more crime .Oh yes is this not the same bunch that will not prosecute those in charge of F&F .oR IS IT THAT THEY ARE AFRAID THE TRUTH WILL COME OUT AS TO HOW HIGH UP IT WENT . |
